Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, Psychologist)

Aloha! We are a Hawaii-based Holistic and Integrative Psychotherapy & Psychiatry Center looking for Psychologists, LCSWs, LMHCs, or LMFTs who are trained in specific trauma healing modalities (or willing to get trained) to serve the community of Hawaii. You must have a Hawaiian License for this job. You can work in person in our Kailua office on Oahu or Remote/Telehealth from anywhere or Hybrid.

Our mission is to support people to become who they truly are, heal their deepest wounds and traumas, and live a fulfilling and meaningful life. We are hiring full-time and part-time (at least 15 client sessions per week) licensed therapists to treat clients in a private practice setting in Kailua. We are a husband and wife team who are both psychotherapists. We believe our job as owners is to support our providers to give their soul gifts to the world. We believe therapy is an art and we are here to empower our therapists to evolve and grow in their art form. We hire therapists that we trust and let them do their thing!

Responsibilities for our trauma therapists include

• Conducting new client assessment session
• Providing ongoing psychotherapy services
• Taking progress notes on each session in a timely manner

Requirements for our therapist include

• Licensed in the state of Hawaii - You need to have one of these Hawaii Licenses for this position: Licensed Psychologist, Licensed Clinical Social Worker LCSW, Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist LMFT, or Licensed Mental Health Counselor LMHC.
• Trained in a specific trauma healing modality (or willing to get trained), such as EMDR, Internal Family Systems (IFS) Therapy, Somatic Experiencing (SE), Sensorimotor, Brainspotting, Comprehensive Resource Model (CRM), Integrative Body Psychotherapy (IBP), Instinctual Trauma Response (ITR), Accelerated Resolution Therapy (ART), Hakomi, etc.
