Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT) - Hybrid Role

We are seeking a licensed psychotherapist (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT) to work 3-5 days per week. We offer favorable compensation, flexible scheduling, and a fulfilling team dynamic. Interns will also be considered if they are looking to build their career.

For over 25 years TheraCounsel has been a pillar of the Fort Lauderdale mental wellness community. We have a team of 15+ providers (therapists and APRNs), most of whom have been with us for over 10 years. We have long-lasting relationships with our providers due to our core values: kindness, transparency, flexibility and ethics. Our top priority is supporting our providers, so that they can confidently support their clients. We provide complete insurance credentialing, a steady flow of referrals (get full right away), excellent billing, and administrative support. Providers can perform in-person sessions from our office, and also virtual sessions from office or home. Our Clinical Director and other therapists are available for support as needed, without the hassle of mandatory check-ins or reviews.

The hours will be at least 10 hours in-office and at least 5 hours virtually. We offer the opportunity to work towards 50+ clients for those who want to build a career and make a meaningful impact in our community.

Responsibilities

• Complete and document Bio-Psycho-Social evaluations, treatment plans, and progress
• Provide in person and/or virtual/telehealth individual psychotherapy
• Implement, review and modify treatment plans according to clients unique and individualized needs
• Coordinate scheduling and communication with clients

Qualifications

• Licensed in FL as LCSW, LMFT, or LMHC
• Ability to work well with a wide variety of clients
• Ability to work well with team members
• Previous experience in mental health counseling preferred
• Familiarity with community mental health resources preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $55.00 - $90.00 per hour
