Guided Hope Center is a small, growing private counseling practice in Hackettstown, NJ. We're intentionally building a practice where clinicians can have autonomy without having to do everything alone.

Our clinicians are able to focus on providing quality clinical care while the practice provides client referrals, insurance credentialing and billing, EHR and administrative support, clinical consultation, and supervision for LAC clinicians at no additional cost.

We value a supportive, collaborative environment while also giving clinicians the independence to develop their own therapeutic style and areas of expertise. We're looking for someone who is excited about joining a smaller practice during its growth stage, developing a consistent caseload, and growing alongside us for the long term.

This is a part-time W-2 employee position with fee-for-service compensation and flexible hybrid scheduling.

We welcome New Jersey LAC, LPC, LCSW, and LMFT clinicians.

Who We Serve

Guided Hope Center primarily works with adults and couples, with a strong focus on relationships and the challenges people experience throughout different stages of life.

Common areas of treatment include:

• Anxiety and stress
• Relationship and communication concerns
• Couples counseling
• Women's issues
• Life transitions
• Parenting and family-related stress
• Self-esteem and personal growth
• Trauma and past experiences impacting current functioning and relationships
• Postpartum and adjustment to parenthood

We occasionally receive referrals for adolescents, so experience or interest in working with teens is welcomed but not required.

We also value clinicians who bring their own specialty, interests, or clinical niche that can complement and expand the services currently offered by our team.

Supervision for LAC Clinicians

Clinical supervision is provided by an LPC/Approved Clinical Supervisor (ACS) who remains actively involved in direct client care and current clinical practice.

Our goal is for supervision to be meaningful, accessible, and connected to the realities clinicians are experiencing with their clients—not simply a requirement to complete toward independent licensure.

Compensation

LAC

• $50–$60 per completed session, based on experience
• Clinical supervision included at no additional cost

LPC, LCSW & LMFT

• $60–$70 per completed session, based on experience, specialty, and fit

This is a W-2, fee-for-service position with biweekly payroll.

Caseload Expectations

We are looking for a clinician who is eager to accept referrals and develop a consistent caseload.

Caseloads are built gradually through practice-generated referrals, and new clinicians are not expected to begin with a full schedule.

Once established, clinicians are expected to maintain a minimum ongoing caseload of approximately 12 active clients. Clinicians interested in growing beyond this minimum are welcomed.

We understand that cancellations, vacations, and normal client turnover can affect weekly session numbers.

Schedule & Availability

This is a hybrid position offering both telehealth and in-person sessions.

Candidates must:

• Commit to at least one consistent in-person day per week at our Hackettstown office
• Current in-person office availability is Monday, Friday, and weekends
• Have evening availability, including the ability to schedule a final client at approximately 7:00–7:30 PM on designated workdays
• Be able to reliably commute to Hackettstown for their scheduled in-person day

Additional telehealth hours may be scheduled based on clinician availability and client demand.

Who We're Looking For

Our ideal clinician:

• Holds an active New Jersey LAC, LPC, LCSW, or LMFT license in good standing
• Has a master's degree in an appropriate mental health field
• Is warm, approachable, and able to build strong therapeutic relationships
• Is eager to accept referrals and grow a caseload
• Is able to work independently and manage day-to-day clinical responsibilities
• Utilizes supervision or consultation appropriately
• Is dependable and timely with documentation, scheduling, and communication
• Is comfortable working with the populations commonly served by Guided Hope Center
• Is interested in developing or bringing their own clinical niche
• Values autonomy while also wanting to be part of a supportive team
• Is interested in growing with a small group practice for the long term
