About you: A Fully-Licensed LMFT in the state of MN free from restrictions, holding (or eligible to hold) Approved Supervisor status with the MN Board of Marriage and Family Therapy

• Genuinely enjoys mentoring — this role carries a supervisory caseload of pre-licensed clinicians in addition to your own.
• An interest in a specialty area of practice such as first-responders, eating disorders, couples, neurodiversity, etc.
• Experience with SimplePractice EHR, or strong ability to learn.
• Deep familiarity with confidentiality standards and statutes, and with board supervision requirements for associate clinicians.

This is a Full Time (Salary) Position. Part-Time Opportunities also available.

Duties include:

• Proficient use of our Electronic Health Records Systems (SimplePractice)
• Maintain caseload to sustain required hours per position agreement (25 clinical hours per week avg. for full time.)
• Provide documented individual and/or group supervision to pre-licensed clinicians in accordance with MN Board requirements.
• Increased compensation for higher clinical hour productivity (i.e. 28-32hrs/week)
• Organize schedule including appointments, cancellations and reschedules.
• Complete required paperwork (Progress Note, Diagnostic Assessment and Treatment Plans) within 72 hours of session.
• Contribute to the positive work environment in unique, and creative ways.
• Attend weekly "happy hour" staff meetings on Tuesdays.
• Remain updated with CEU's and licensure requirements as stated by your board.
• Other tasks assigned.
• Assist Leadership with the credentialling and re-credentialling when needed.
