Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated and compassionate Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT) to join our team. This role is ideal for a clinician who values clinical growth, autonomy with support, and working in a collaborative private practice setting.

Associates will have the opportunity to build a caseload, develop their clinical voice, and receive high-quality supervision while working with a diverse client population.

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy to individuals, couples, and/or families
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation (progress notes, treatment plans, etc.)
• Manage a consistent weekly caseload
• Participate in individual and/or group supervision in compliance with BBS requirements
• Maintain ethical and legal standards in accordance with California law
• Communicate effectively with clients and administrative staff
• Engage in ongoing professional development

Qualifications

• Registered Associate Marriage and Family Therapist with the California BBS (AMFT)
• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or related field
• Strong clinical skills and ability to build rapport with clients
• Experience working with anxiety, trauma, and/or relationship issues preferred
• Commitment to professional growth and openness to feedback
• Ability to work independently while also collaborating with a team

Pay: $45.00 - $55.00 per hour
