About the role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated clinician to provide Community Psychiatric Support and Treatment (CPST) and Community Integration Counseling (CIC) services. This is a mobile, community-based position offering supportive counseling and therapeutic interventions to individuals living with mental health and/or substance use disorders, as well as those adjusting to life with physical or cognitive disabilities.
This role is ideal for clinicians who value flexibility, independence, and making a meaningful impact in the community. Services are provided directly in clients’ homes and other natural settings, with opportunities to work in areas that align with client preferences. For clinicians working toward their LCSW, clinical supervision toward LCSW licensure is also available.
Applicant must have an LMHC, LMSW or LCSW to perform these duties.
- Experience providing counseling, community-based services, or mobile mental health support preferred (training is provided).
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and engage individuals in the community.
- Dependable, adaptable, and detail-oriented with the ability to work independently.
- Commitment to recovery-oriented, trauma-informed, and person-centered care.
Location: Saratoga, Warren, Washington Counties
Schedule: Part-time, or per diem availability
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $30.00 - $60.00 per hour
