Pay: $45 per hour (fee for service) - Part-time, Full-time

Who We’re Looking For

We are currently seeking a Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC) or Limited Permit Mental Health Counselor (MHC-LP) who is passionate about holistic, depth-oriented therapy. You will join a collaborative team that values emotional integrity, authenticity, and culturally attuned care. We strongly encourage clinicians from diverse backgrounds including BIPOC, LGBTQIA+, first generation, multilingual, and immigrant communities to apply. What you will do

• Provide individual psychotherapy to adult clients
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation (intake and session notes)
• Attend weekly clinical supervision (MHC-LP)
• Participate in case consultations and practice meetings
• Uphold high ethical and professional standards

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling
• New York State LMHC license or eligibility for MHC-LP issued by NYSED
• Commitment to strength-based, culturally responsive care
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
