Job Overview and Preferred Qualifications

This is a full time opportunity--approximately 30 hours, for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW). The ideal candidate will be seeking long-term employment with a desire to grow with our company. This self-starter will be organized, detail-oriented, seasoned with clinical training, as well as interested in promoting the growth and development of others. The position is based in Monterey, CA with required in-person and remote availability. Preference will be given to clinicians with flexibility to working weekends, evenings (6pm), and whom are bilingual/bicultural.

The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:

• At least 1 to 4 years of licensed clinical experience with a talent and passion for providing psychotherapy, treatment, and diagnosis.
• Skilled and specialized in working with adults and the aging with Medicare Insurance
• Self-starter who can work independently.
• Communicates effectively and problem solves with challenging clinical cases.
• Demonstrates a high sense of ethical integrity and trustworthiness.
• Appreciates working in a team environment.
• Interested in helping the underserved demographic.

Pay: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour
