Marriage and Family Therapist (MFTC or LMFT)
Denver Counseling Solutions is seeking a Marriage and Family Therapist Candidate (MFTC) or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) to join our growing outpatient practice.
We are currently looking for clinicians who can provide both in-person and telehealth therapy and work from our Littleton, Aurora or Castle Rock offices.
Denver Counseling Solutions is Denver metro area’s counseling home. We are an established group practice that has been serving Denver clients for 15 years. We provide accessible and effective counseling and offer enjoyable therapy with genuine and experienced therapists.
Job Summary
Provide outpatient mental health services to individuals, children, teens, couples, and/or families based on their training and areas of interest. This position is ideal for both developing and experienced clinicians who want strong supervision/consultation and administrative support.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy
- Complete assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and other required documentation
- Maintain ethical and professional standards of care
- Participate in individual and group supervision
- Collaborate with the clinical and administrative teams as needed
- Maintain consistent availability and communication
- Participate in trainings and professional development opportunities
- Participate in quarterly staff meetings
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, Marriage and Family Therapy, or a related clinical field
- Current Colorado DORA MFTC provisional license or LMFT license
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Ability to provide in-person services at the office location they are assigned to
- Commitment to ethical, client-centered care
- Willingness to learn, collaborate, and continue developing clinically
- Preferred weekend and/or evening availability to accommodate clients

Hybrid in-person and telehealth scheduling is available
Pay: $45.00 - $65.00 per hour
