LSW or LPC
Location: Toledo, Ohio
Schedule: Part-time or contingent; caseload based on affiliate referrals
Leveling Up Therapeutics is seeking an LSW or LPC to serve clients assigned through one of our affiliate groups. This clinician will provide consistent clinical care while working with the affiliate team and Leveling Up’s clinical supervisor.
Responsibilities
- Complete diagnostic assessments and initial and updated treatment plans for assigned clients.
- Provide individual therapy and coordinate care with the affiliate team.
- Maintain timely, accurate clinical documentation and participate in supervision.
- Communicate scheduling, treatment needs, and changes in client care to the appropriate team members.
Qualifications: Active Ohio LSW or LPC license, experience with diagnostic assessments, treatment planning, and therapy, and the ability to manage a part-time or contingent caseload.
Pay: $40.00 - $60.00 per hour
Expected hours: 15.0 per week
