Back to Balance Counseling is continuing to grow because our clinicians build thriving caseloads consisting of their ideal clients, receive exceptional administrative support, and practice alongside a team that genuinely enjoys helping one another become better therapists. As demand continues to grow, we're looking for one or two exceptional clinicians to join us.

This position is designed for clinicians who want to build an exceptional career. We are not looking for candidates who simply want another therapy job. Leadership puts their heart into nurturing the team, and we are looking for therapists who put that same heart into their work.

Our administrative team manages scheduling, insurance verification, billing, referrals, and client communication so clinicians can spend more time doing what they were trained and meant to do.

Our clinicians don't spend months wondering if they'll ever fill their schedules. We intentionally invest in individualized marketing, strong referral relationships, and a dedicated administrative team so clinicians can spend their energy providing excellent care instead of chasing referrals.

Maybe you work in another setting, and are looking to make some substantial extra income a few evenings a week...we're the right place for that, too. We’re committed to providing a space for our clients that not only supports comfort, but one that also promotes growth and clarity. We currently specialize in working with adults and teens with various anxiety disorders, OCD, sport performance, relationship distress, trauma, issues related to life transitions, mood disorders, and perinatal mental health. We're looking for candidates with a strong behavioral approach with training in ERP, and/or EMDR.

We believe therapy should create meaningful change. We're looking for clinicians who enjoy teaching skills, challenging clients when appropriate, using evidence-based interventions, and measuring progress. We do much more than simply providing a listening ear each week.

We’re currently looking to expand our team with members who are intellectually curious, coachable, accountable, emotionally mature, and eager to collaborate. As a team we are collaborative, honest, open, helpful, non-judgmental, funny, and most importantly, we are lifelong learners. Our team shares ideas with each other daily in an effort to continue to grow as clinicians. We all are extremely collaborative in sessions with clients, so we are not looking for the passive therapist. You must be committed to providing your clients with tools that they can use.

This position is perfect for someone who wants to focus on clinical work in an outpatient private practice setting while contributing to the overall strength and wellness of the team. Our ideal candidate is outgoing, energetic, warm, well-informed, open-minded, and drama-aversive.

This is not a place where you'll simply see clients.

You'll work alongside therapists who constantly exchange ideas, consult on difficult cases, celebrate one another's successes, and push each other to become better clinicians every week. Full-time candidates will need to be available for 30 hours a week with the expectation of completing 25 clinical hours per week. Candidates will be compensated based on hours worked, experience level, and licensure status.

Ideally looking for fully licensed clinicians. Provisionally licensed clinicians with strong references will be considered. Must have a Masters Degree and MUST be willing to work evenings.

Responsibilities include, but not limited to:

• Provide individual therapy sessions utilizing empirically supported methods
• Conduct thorough client assessments and maintain accurate and timely medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
• Develop and implement treatment plans tailored to the needs of individual clients
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive client care and support.
• Stay updated on best practices in mental health counseling and participate in ongoing professional development.

Pay: $70,000.00 - $110,000.00 per year
