Mental Health Counselor – LPC, ALC or LICSW-PIP

Halladay Counseling is seeking an LPC, ALC or LICSW-PIP to join our established outpatient private practice. We are specifically looking for a clinician with evening and weekend availability to help meet growing client demand.
Position
This is a 1099 independent contractor position offering a competitive fee split and flexible scheduling.
Halladay Counseling provides the support needed to make private practice easier, including:
- Steady client referrals
- Furnished office space
- Billing and insurance claims management
- Credentialing support
- EHR access
- Scheduling and administrative support
- Marketing and practice support
Qualifications
Applicants must:
- Hold a current Alabama LPC, ALC or LICSW-PIP credential
- Be available for evening and/or weekend appointments
- Provide ethical, compassionate and professional mental health services
- Maintain timely clinical documentation
- Be dependable and able to manage an outpatient caseload
