Must have SC License on Day 1 and live within 25 miles of the SC border
Established in 2010, LifeSource, Inc. is a successful, established and growing multi-specialty health services company with practices located in NC, GA, SC, FL and OH. We provide remote psychotherapy for residents living in Skilled Nursing Facilities and Assisted/Independent Living Communities, improving the quality of life for this sometimes overlooked population.

- LPC/LCSW/LMFT-As- please re-apply for future openings 4 months before you have a full license with no supervision requirements. Full LPC/LCSW/LMFT license required on Day 1
