LPC, LCSW, LMFT or Psychologist or Resident/Supervisee

At Anchoring Hope Counseling, we provide a practice where your focus goes into making a difference in clients’ lives. We take care of the administrative, billing, and business details so you can focus on providing high-quality care. Start part-time and transition to full-time as your caseload grows, with full-time averaging 20 clients per week. This position is located in Pennington & Wise depending on demand.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in a behavioral science or related field
• Valid Virginia license (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, Psychologist, or equivalent)
• Applicant must be Virginia resident due to insurance requirements
• Experience with assessments, treatment planning, and insurance-compliant documentation
• Strong communication skills and ability to work with diverse clients
• Proficiency with office technology and EHR systems

Responsibilities

• Provide therapy to clients, consistently billing on average 20 hours per week
• Diagnose mental health conditions, develop treatment plans, and maintain timely documentation
• Manage your schedule and client follow-ups
• Collaborate with client treatment teams and staff for coordinated care
• Participate in clinical meetings, trainings, and professional development opportunities

Salary Range Note: Range shows average income from 10 one hour sessions to 25 one hour sessions/week.
