LPC, LCSW Licensed Therapist - Part Time and Full Time openings

Balanced Counseling of San Antonio is a thriving private practice with a reputation in the community of excellence in providing the highest level of care to those struggling with mental health issues. We are looking for full-time and part-time, talented and enthusiastic licensed LPC's and LCSW's, working one-on-one via Telehealth and in-office providing therapy to a diverse group of adults, families, and children.

This is the perfect job for anyone looking to be part of a growing private practice. Therapists are provided with administrative support, billing, marketing and clinical support. We provide a professional, warm and supportive environment for therapists to help them succeed and build a private practice as independent contractors. We provide marketing, clients, beautiful offices, effective and unique business practices, a culture of support and encouragement. Candidates willing to work evenings and weekends will receive a substantial pay differential.

We are looking to select licensed counselors who are interested in full-time and part-time work within our private practice. Those interested in full-time work are required to be available a minimun of 35 hours per week. Those interested in part-time work are required to work a minimum of 10 hrs per week and be willing to work some evenings and weekends.

Tasks for Licensed Counselor

• Individual therapy.

• Complete initial intake and treatment plans.

• Timely documentation per session to be completed daily after client meeting.

• Communicate with team and attend monthly practice meetings.

Job Duties Include for Licensed Counselor

Delivering individual, couples, and family counseling sessions.

Generating clinical documentation (e.g. assessments, progress notes, treatment plans, discharge summaries)

Following up with clients and providing exceptional services to those struggling with mental health issues.

Qualifications for Licensed Counselor

Masters Degree with current LPC, LCSW, LMFT or Psychologist license (LMSW \& LPC intern applicants will not be considered)

In office and remote positions available.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
