LPC-Associate – Private Practice Counselor

Social House Wellness Company is looking for an LPC-Associate who wants to grow within a private practice setting and take an active role in building a successful caseload.

This position is a strong fit for a counselor who enjoys the independence of private practice but wants the support and infrastructure of an established group practice.

Social House provides the office space, practice management software, administrative support, billing infrastructure, marketing platform, established community presence, and referral opportunities so our clinicians can focus primarily on seeing clients, completing documentation, developing their specialty, and growing their practice.

At the same time, we are looking for someone who understands that successful private practice requires initiative. Our clinicians are expected to participate in the growth of their caseload through relationship building, community visibility, professional networking, referral development, and communicating their areas of specialty.

What We’re Looking For

The right clinician will be:

• Licensed in Texas as an LPC-Associate
• Motivated to develop and maintain a consistent caseload
• Dependable with communication, scheduling, and clinical documentation
• Comfortable working independently while also being part of a collaborative practice
• Willing to participate in networking, referral outreach, and practice marketing
• Able to clearly identify or develop clinical specialties and populations they want to serve
• Comfortable introducing themselves and their services to potential referral partners
• Responsive to clients, administrative staff, and practice leadership
• Interested in growing professionally within private practice rather than simply filling a few available hours

Previous private-practice, networking, community outreach, business development, or marketing experience is strongly preferred. Formal marketing experience is not required, but candidates should be comfortable taking an active role in building professional relationships and growing their caseload.

About the Role

Clinicians are responsible for providing counseling services, maintaining timely clinical documentation, managing their clinical schedule, communicating appropriately with clients and the practice team, and participating in reasonable practice-growth activities.

Social House supports clinicians with the operational side of private practice so they do not have to independently manage an office, EHR, administrative systems, or the broader infrastructure required to operate a practice.

This is not a position where a full caseload is automatically assigned. We provide referrals and actively market the practice, while clinicians are also expected to contribute to their own professional visibility and caseload development.

Social House Wellness Company is a multidisciplinary mental health and wellness practice in Katy, Texas. We work with children, teens, adults, couples, and families and provide both in-person and telehealth services.

Pay: $57.00 - $90.00 per hour

Expected hours: 13.0 – 25.0 per week
