Pay: $40.00 per hour

Job description:

We are looking for a part-time and full-time Licensed Professional Counselor- Associate therapists to provide virtual psychotherapy only.

• This is a fee-for-service position (W2) no medical benefits offered.
• Self determined schedule and supervision included.
• Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling required.
• Connecticut inquiries ONLY.
• Minimum 20 clients per week.
• Self made schedule- must have some evening availability.

The counselor will provide telehealth counseling services to individuals and will help clients navigate and overcome mental health challenges. The counselor will conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and provide therapeutic interventions to support clients' mental well-being.

Qualifications

• Experience in individual, couples, and family counseling
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic approaches and counseling techniques
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach to counseling
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards
• Experience in diagnosing and treating mental health disorders
• Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and best practices in mental health counseling
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Proficiency in electronic health record systems and other relevant software
