Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy to children, adolescents, adults, couples, or families, depending on clinical experience and assigned caseload
• Develop and maintain treatment plans based on client needs and goals
• Use evidence-based and clinically appropriate interventions
• Monitor client progress and adjust treatment as needed
• Complete timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Maintain ethical, professional, and compassionate care
• Participate in supervision and clinical collaboration as appropriate to role and licensure level

Qualifications

• LMSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCSW, required.
• Strong clinical judgment and interpersonal skills

Schedule Options

• Full-time positions are also available, offered in a hybrid format.

• As with many counseling practices across the field, we’re experiencing increased client demand for in-person therapy services. We offer three work options: fully in-person, hybrid (a mix of in-person and remote), and fully remote. We require a minimum of one year of full-time experience providing therapy in a virtual/telehealth setting for fully remote positions. Please let us know which arrangement you’re able to commit to and what your preferences are.
