About the role
Position Overview
We are seeking a compassionate Spanish-speaking Licensed Social Worker to provide counseling, support, and engagement services to seniors in their residences, homes, and community settings. This is a flexible, relationship-focused role serving the Bronx area.
Client assignments are based on your location and availability, allowing your caseload to be built in a way that is convenient and manageable.

Harmony Road supports the emotional well-being of seniors in homes and residential communities. We provide supportive counseling, cognitive wellness groups, and advocacy for older adults experiencing dementia, grief, loneliness, anxiety, and chronic illness.
Responsibilities
- Provide individual counseling and emotional support to seniors
- Maintain clear documentation
- Coordinate with families, residential staff, and/or care teams
- Support resource navigation and advocacy for clients
- Travel locally to assigned senior residences or homes
Qualifications
- LMSW or LCSW (required)
- Spanish-speaking (required)
- Experience with seniors or mental health preferred
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- Compassionate, dependable, and able to work independently
Compensation and Benefits
- $65,000–$75,000 per year (Full-time)
- $40–$60 per hour (Per-diem)
