Licensed Therapist – Full Caseload Quickly (IN PERSON – Albuquerque)
(LCSW, LMSW, LMFT, LMHC, LPCC)
Albuquerque Therapy Center is a fast-growing outpatient mental health practice with strong and consistent client demand. We are currently seeking in-person therapists in Albuquerque who want to build a full caseload quickly in a supportive, low-stress environment.

What You Can Expect
- Full caseload quickly – we begin filling your schedule before your start date
- IN-PERSON role in Albuquerque (this is not a fully remote position)
- $65/session for fully licensed clinicians ($50/session for provisionally licensed)
- Paid for missed sessions

Responsibilities
- Provide in-person therapy sessions (telehealth optional, but this is primarily an in-office role)
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation
- Build and maintain a caseload of ~23 clients/week
- Provide a safe, supportive, and ethical clinical environment
- Availability for some afternoon/evening hours (and optional weekends)
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, or related field
- Licensed (or license-eligible) in New Mexico
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in-person in Albuquerque
- Spanish-speaking is a plus, but not required
