Your Role in Our Space

• Provide supervised therapy to individuals, couples, and families
• Support treatment planning grounded in clinical best practices
• Participate in reflective supervision and case consultation
• Conduct intake assessments under clinical guidance
• Contribute to group work, workshops, or wellness offerings as appropriate
• Grow steadily in confidence, competence, and clinical presence

What We Are Looking For

• Active license n Nevada
• A sincere calling toward clinical work and human healing
• Openness to learning, supervision, and professional growth
• Alignment with trauma-informed, client-centered care
• Interest in integrative or holistic approaches to wellness
• A grounded presence and strong relational capacity

Compensation & Structure

• $55-$65 billable rate (rate dependents on caseload, experience, etc.)
• Complimentary monthly spa services
• Opportunity for expanded hours and long-term role development
