LISW-CP/LPC/LMFT – Go Straight to Solo Practice & Skip Group Practices
Solo Path Consulting
About the role
Why This is Different
Unlike traditional group practices that take 40-50% of your revenue for those with limited experience, our model is designed for clinicians ready to build something of their own. You keep 75% or more of your earnings from the outset with the potential to keep up to 95% after expenses. We provide the support and guidance—you build the career you’ve envisioned.
Practice Structure
This role is intended for clinicians who prefer to provide services within their own independently run practice, supported by an established operational framework. You maintain full clinical autonomy while utilizing us in ways to build your business. You will receive ongoing assistance with systems, setup, marketing, credentialing, and strategic development.
About Us
At Solo Path Consulting, we empower therapists to build successful, independent solo practices without going at it alone. Our model bridges the gap between group practice convenience and solo practice autonomy. With our hands-on support, you’ll launch as the owner of your own practice from day one—while still receiving the infrastructure and mentorship you'd expect from a group setting.
This is ideal for clinicians who want:
- More control over their schedules and caseloads
- Higher earning potential
- Guidance and support during the early stages of solo practice
- A long-term pathway to full independence
