Job Summary

14 Peaks is seeking an experienced, licensed therapist with advanced training in trauma treatment who wants to practice within a specialized, collaborative group setting.

We are a faith-based, neuroscience-grounded, trauma-focused practice specializing in complex trauma and nervous-system dysregulation. We are looking for a clinician who already has a strong trauma foundation and wants to work alongside other therapists who are deeply committed to advanced trauma treatment.

We are especially interested in clinicians trained or certified in:

• Somatic Experiencing (SEP)
• EMDR Certification
• Internal Family Systems (IFS)
• Sensorimotor Psychotherapy
• NARM
• PACT
• Other advanced somatic, attachment, or trauma-resolution modalities

Our clinical work includes:

• Developmental and complex trauma
• PTSD
• Attachment trauma
• Chronic nervous-system dysregulation
• Somatic and psychosomatic symptoms
• First responders and veterans
• Medical trauma and traumatic brain injury
• Relationship and attachment concerns
• Clients who have not fully responded to traditional talk therapy

What we’re looking for:

• Licensed LPC, or LPC Associte
• Advanced post-graduate trauma training or certification-or plans to obtain this certification
• Strong clinical judgment with complex cases
• Interest in somatic, developmental, attachment, and neuroscience-based treatment
• Desire to be part of a collaborative specialty group practice
• Commitment to excellent client care and continued professional development
