  • Flexible Earnings: Choose between full-time or part-time contractor options.
  • Full-time Compensation: Earn 60% of collected payments when you maintain a minimum of 125 bookable sessions per month.
  • Part-time Compensation: Earn 55% of collected payments for fewer than 125 bookable sessions per month.
  • Court-Related Services: Receive 90% of collected payments for mandatory court-related services, including depositions, in-court appearances, expert witness testimony, preparation time, travel expenses, meetings with attorneys, and compliance with subpoenas.
  • Healthcare Stipend: Earn a $250 monthly stipend if you complete or average 100 sessions per month over three months.
  • Reimbursements: We invest in your professional growth and financial well-being:
  • State Licensure Reimbursement: Full reimbursement for the cost of state licensure required for your work.
  • Professional Liability Insurance: Reimbursement up to $200 annually for maintaining professional liability insurance with minimum limits of $1,000,000 per incident/$3,000,000 aggregate.

We are seeking a dedicated and licensed mental health counselor to join our dynamic team of practitioners. Position Overview

We are looking for a licensed mental health counselor who is passionate about working with adults and children in a vibrant and supportive setting. The ideal therapist would be RPT certified and be versatile in modalities.

Core Responsibilities

  • Provide individual, group, and family therapy sessions tailored to client needs.
  • Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and document progress notes in our electronic health record system.
  • Participate in case consultations and collaborate with other therapists to enhance client care.
  • Maintain client confidentiality and comply with HIPAA regulations.
  • Engage in ongoing professional development and stay updated with best practices in the field.

Day-to-Day Activities

  • Conduct therapy sessions with clients (children) mostly in-person.
  • Coordinate with the scheduling team to manage appointments and ensure timely client follow-up.
  • Attend weekly case consultation groups to discuss complex cases and share insights.
  • Collaborate with administrative staff to ensure seamless billing and client services.
  • Engage with clients to assess progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans.

Qualifications

  • Must be licensed in Texas as one of the following:
  • Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC)
  • Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW)
  • Licensed Psychologist (LP)
  • Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT)
  • RPT Certified

Schedule

  • Set your own schedule - days/evenings/weekends
  • Hybrid in-person/telehealth flexibility
  • Full time commitment preferred

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per year
