Licensed Therapist Opportunity – White Oak Counseling
White Oak Counseling in Charlottesville is seeking a licensed or license-eligible Social Worker, Professional Counselor, or Psychologist to join our growing private practice.
We are looking for clinicians who are passionate about providing high-quality individual therapy, enjoy collaborating with colleagues, and are skilled in evidence-based approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT).
At White Oak Counseling, we provide comprehensive administrative, referral, and billing support so our clinicians can focus on what they do best—providing exceptional care to clients. Position Details
- Begins part-time with the opportunity to transition to full-time (timeline is flexible and negotiable)
- Annual salary: $75,000–$90,000
