Job Type: Full-Time (30–40 hours/week)

Salary/Rate: $60,000 - $110,000 a year (Experience-based)

Our care model integrates traditional psychiatric medicine and psychotherapy with cutting-edge modalities like IV Ketamine, Spravato® (esketamine), Deep TMS, and Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP).

We hold the largest concentration of Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy trained therapists in Illinois. We are a team of passionate healthcare providers and advocates dedicated to transforming access to high-quality, personalized mental healthcare across the Chicagoland area.

Job Overview: We are seeking motivated, licensed psychotherapists (PsyD, LCPC, LCSW, LMFT) to join our growing integrated practice. In this role, you will work at the intersection of traditional therapy and emerging psychedelic-assisted treatments. You will guide patients through the entire Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) process—including preparation, dosing support, and post-session integration—collaborating closely with our medical team to ensure safe, deeply impactful clinical outcomes. Prior experience with ketamine-assisted psychotherapy is highly encouraged, but not required. Hopemark Health provides comprehensive training for the right candidates.

Key Responsibilities

• KAP Facilitation: Conduct preparatory sessions, hold a supportive clinical presence during ketamine administration, and lead vital post-session psychotherapeutic integration.
• Individualized Care: Develop and adapt evidence-based treatment plans tailored to adult individual and/or group needs for general psychiatry and KAP patients.
• Multidisciplinary Collaboration: Partner tightly with our psychiatrists, nurse practitioners, and registered nurses within an integrated team approach.
• Complex Case Management: Utilize trauma-informed frameworks to treat depression, anxiety, PTSD, and other complex, treatment-resistant mood conditions.
• Clinical Documentation: Maintain thorough, HIPAA-compliant patient charts, session notes, and treatment progress tracking.

Required Qualifications

• Licensure: Active, unrestricted clinical license in the state of Illinois (PsyD, LCPC, LCSW, or LMFT).
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years of post-licensure clinical experience in adult individual and/or group therapy.
• Clinical Approach: Deeply rooted in trauma-informed care principles.
• Core Competencies: Exceptional communication skills, strong clinical boundaries, adaptability in a fast-growing environment, and a non-judgmental, authentic presence.

Preferred Experience & Certifications

• Documented training or knowledge in Psychedelic-Assisted Psychotherapy or Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (e.g., MAPS, Fluence, IPI, or equivalent).
• Experience with EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing), DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy), or CADC (Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor) certification.
• Prior history working within collaborative, multidisciplinary medical-psychiatric team settings.
