NOW HIRING: EATING DISORDER THERAPIST

The Healing Palace is seeking a licensed therapist specializing in Eating Disorders to join our trauma-informed clinical team.

We are looking for a clinician who is passionate about providing culturally responsive, compassionate, and accessible mental health care to individuals and families from diverse backgrounds, particularly those in underserved communities.

Position Requirements

• Licensed to practice in Washington, D.C., Maryland, and/or Virginia (Bonus if you are licensed in other states).
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience
• Demonstrated experience working with Eating Disorders and related concerns
• At least 3 years of experience serving culturally diverse populations and/or underserved communities
• Must be fully licensed (LICSW, LCSW, LPC, or LMFT)
• Strong understanding of trauma-informed and culturally responsive care
• Ability to work collaboratively with clients, families, and other providers
• Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
• Commitment to providing ethical, client-centered care
• Must be willing to commit at least one (1) year for quality of care.

Preferred Experience

• Eating disorder assessment and treatment
• Body image concerns and disordered eating
• Trauma and complex trauma
• Anxiety, depression, and emotional regulation
• Experience working with adolescents, adults, and/or families
