About the role
Haven Nashville is a brand-new inpatient behavioral health treatment center opening in Madison, TN. We are seeking compassionate and motivated Therapists to join our clinical team and provide high-quality care to individuals struggling with mental health and substance use disorders.
We welcome both Master’s-level clinicians and independently licensed therapists interested in working in a structured, collaborative treatment environment.
Schedules Available: Monday-Friday, Tuesday-Saturday, and Sunday-Thursday
Responsibilities
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy as clinically appropriate
- Complete assessments, treatment plans, progress notes, and discharge documentation
- Develop individualized treatment goals based on client needs
- Collaborate with medical, clinical, nursing, case management, and support staff
- Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings
- Support crisis intervention, discharge planning, and continuity of care
- Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
- Ensure services meet facility, state, and regulatory standards
Qualifications
- Master’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Marriage & Family Therapy, Psychology, or a related behavioral health field required
- Master’s-level/pre-licensed clinicians are encouraged to apply
- Licensed candidates must hold an active Tennessee LCSW, LAC, LPC, LMFT, or LADAC II
- Experience working with substance use disorders, mental health, or dual-diagnosis populations preferred
- Detox, residential, or other inpatient behavioral health experience is highly preferred
- Strong clinical documentation, communication, and crisis-management skills
