Licensed Therapist (1099 Contractor) — Castle Rock, CO
South Denver Therapy is a private, cash-pay practice in Castle Rock. We're growing our team and looking for a skilled, compassionate therapist to provide individual therapy to clients in our community.
This is a contractor role with real room to grow. You'll start with a lighter caseload as we build referrals, and you can ramp up toward full-time as your schedule fills.
What you'll do
- Provide individual therapy to clients
- Build strong, trusting relationships that keep clients engaged in the work
- Use evidence-based approaches tailored to each client's needs
- Maintain clear, timely clinical documentation
What we're looking for
- Active Colorado license (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or equivalent)
- Experience working with adults across a range of presenting concerns
- EMDR experience is a plus
- A warm, client-centered approach and strong clinical judgment
- Reliable, professional, and comfortable working independently
The details
- Pay: $105/hour
- Paid weekly
- 1099 independent contractor (this is not a W-2 employee position; no benefits or insurance provided)
- Location: Castle Rock, CO. Most work is in person. Remote sessions are possible when a client prefers and approves them.
- Hours: Flexible to start, with the ability to move toward full-time as your caseload grows
- Practice type: Private, all cash-pay (no insurance billing)
