Soul Restoration Counseling Services is a growing telehealth group practice serving clients throughout North Carolina.

We are looking for passionate, dependable therapists who want to build a sustainable career -- not simply pick up a few extra clients.

The Opportunity

We welcome both Fully Licensed and Provisionally Licensed Therapists who are interested in growing toward full-time employment.

Depending on your experience and current situation, you may begin as a:

• 1099 Contractor while building your caseload
• Part-Time Clinician if you are transitioning from another practice or bringing an existing caseload
• Full-Time W-2 Clinician as your caseload and commitment to the practice grow

Our goal is to develop strong clinicians into long-term members of the Soul Restoration team.

• Comfortable with practice growth and marketing. We provide marketing and referrals, but we value clinicians who are willing to put themselves out there and build professional relationships.
• Faith-aligned. We are a Christian-centered practice and value clinicians who are comfortable providing faith-integrated care when requested by clients.

What We Need From You

We are looking for clinicians who:

• Maintain a consistent weekly schedule
• Provide timely, high-quality clinical documentation
• Are comfortable working with commercial insurance, Medicaid, and some self-pay clients
• Can work independently while remaining connected to the team
• Are committed to ethical, culturally responsive, client-centered care
• Are willing to participate in appropriate networking, outreach, and practice-growth opportunities

Please note: Building a full caseload takes time. We provide referrals and marketing support, but we expect clinicians to take an active role in developing their professional presence and caseload.

Qualifications

• Current North Carolina license or provisional license
• Fully licensed: LCSW, LCMHC, LMFT, LCAS, or related eligible license
• Provisionally licensed: LCSWA, LCMHCA, LMFTA, LCASA, or related eligible license
• Ability to provide telehealth services in North Carolina
• Reliable internet and private HIPAA-compliant workspace
• Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
