Licensed Therapist Remote

Must be FULLY licensed (LCSW, LPCC, LMFT, Psychologist)

Carter Care Therapeutic Services is expanding our network of fully licensed therapists to support individuals, couples, groups, and families across California. We provide a flexible, client-centered, but therapist-supportive environment where clinicians can focus on doing what they do best- helping clients achieve meaningful growth.

We are seeking compassionate Therapists to join our growing telehealth team. This fully remote role offers the freedom to set your own schedule and manage your caseload in a way that aligns with your lifestyle.

What You’ll Do

• Provide virtual therapy for individuals, couples, families, or groups
• Conduct clinical assessments and create personalized treatment plans
• Maintain timely documentation (within 24–48 hours)
• Collaborate with our care team as needed
• Stay current with best practices in mental health

What We’re Looking For

• Active California license: LMFT, LCSW, LPC, PsyD, or PhD
• Comfortable managing your own caseload
• Strong clinical judgment and cultural humility
• Prior experience with telehealth or private practice is a plus (training available)

Available Positions

• Part-Time: 15+ hours/week
• Full-Time: 30+ hours/week

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract

Pay: Up to $75.00 per hour
