Licensed Therapist / Psychologist - Office Space and Practice Support

About the Opportunity

Ascend Psychology is offering fully equipped office space and practice management support to a licensed therapist or psychologist with an active caseload. Think of it less like a job opening and more like joining a well-run storefront on a busy street — the space, foot traffic infrastructure, and back-office systems are already in place; you bring the clinical work and your caseload.

You’ll operate as an independent contractor, seeing your own clients / patients under your own license, while we handle the administrative load that usually eats into clinical time.

What We Provide

• Private, furnished office space at one of two South Florida locations (Coral Springs, or Plantation - your choice or both)
• Practice management support: scheduling coordination, billing/insurance administration, and front-desk presence
• Marketing and referral pipeline as part of an established multi-location practice tbd based on caseload and practice needs.
• HIPAA-compliant technology infrastructure for records, communication, and documentation
• Flexible arrangement: fee-split depending on caseload volume and needs.

What We’re Looking For

• Active, unrestricted license in Florida (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, or PhD)
• An existing, active caseload — this is a space and support offering, not a lead-generation program for a therapist building a caseload from zero
• Reliable, HIPAA-conscious documentation and communication practices
• Ability to commit to a consistent weekly schedule at your chosen location
• Ability to join practice events and group supervision

Compensation Structure

Fee-split — a percentage of session revenue in exchange for space, admin support, and referrals (no flat monthly cost). Will determine together during interview.
