Our practice is growing, and we’re looking for a Fully Licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Psychologist) to join our team in Woodstock, Georgia.

Open Door Talk is a growing mental health practice with a modern approach to therapy. While our work is grounded in evidence-based clinical practices, our practice was built on a foundation of Christian faith, purpose, and a calling to serve others. We provide individual, couples, and family therapy, along with groups and community-based programs designed to help people build skills that extend beyond the therapy room.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
• Provide individual and/or family therapy using evidence-based approaches
• Build meaningful, therapeutic relationships with clients and families
• Help clients develop practical skills they can use in everyday life
• Maintain accurate, timely, and HIPAA-compliant clinical documentation
• Collaborate with other Open Door Talk clinicians and support staff
• Participate in consultation, team meetings, and opportunities for professional growth
• When appropriate, participate in community programs, outreach, and events
• Contribute to a practice culture centered around connection, growth, and client care

What We’re Looking For

• Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
• Active Georgia license such as LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or Psychologist
• Experience in an outpatient setting preferred
• Strong clinical, communication, and rapport-building skills
• Comfortable working with a diverse range of clients and presenting concerns
• Commitment to evidence-based practice and continued professional development
• A collaborative, dependable, and compassionate approach to working with clients and colleagues
• Someone who genuinely believes in the importance of connection, growth, and practical tools for everyday life
• Alignment with the Christian foundation and values of Open Door Talk

You’ll have flexibility and autonomy in your schedule, while still being part of a team that works together and supports one another.

Position Details

• Position: Fully Licensed Mental Health Therapist
• Employment: W-2
• Schedule: Full-time
• Compensation: $50 per billable hour
• Location: In-person in Woodstock, GA
• Schedule: Flexible – clinicians have autonomy in choosing their hours
• Relocation: Must be able to commute to or relocate to Woodstock, GA
