Safe Harbour Counseling is seeking an independently licensed therapist to join our established private practice in Columbus.

This position is ideal for a clinician who enjoys working with adults and is looking to build a steady caseload in a supportive, professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual therapy for adults
• Maintain timely clinical documentation
• Manage claims through practice workflow
• Provide ethical, high-quality care

Qualifications

• Independently licensed in Ohio (LPCC, LISW, or IMFT)
• Experience working with adults and/or couples
• Ability to build and maintain a caseload

Compensation

• 1099 contractor position (percentage-based)
• Estimated earnings: $60,000 – $100,000+ annually, depending on caseload
• Established referrals to support caseload growth

Schedule

• Flexible within Monday–Thursday
• In-person sessions

Pay: $60,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
