Atium Health is growing our outpatient behavioral health network, and we're looking for two licensed therapists to join as independent contractors. If you want full clinical autonomy, a caseload that fits your life, and none of the administrative drag of running a solo private practice, we built this for you.
Position Details
Licensed Therapist (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LCPC) 1099 Independent Contractor
● Location: Pleasant Grove, Utah - Must hold or be eligible for licensure in Utah
● Format: Hybrid/ In-person & Telehealth
● Start Date: October 1, 2026
Compensation & Schedule
● 1099 independent contractor arrangement. You set your caseload size and weekly hours
● Competitive per-session/per-hour rate, paid on a predictable schedule
● Part-time and full-time caseloads both welcome
● Flexible scheduling: in-person, telehealth, or hybrid depending on location
● Minimum expected caseload: 20 client sessions per week

We offer professional therapy and behavioral health care through in-person and telehealth services. As a Management Services Organization (MSO), we handle the back-office work which includes billing, credentialing, scheduling, technology, marketing, outcomes tracking and many other services so you can focus on client care.
About the Role
As a 1099 independent contractor therapist with Atium Health, you'll:
● Manage caseloads of individual, couples, and/or family therapy clients
● Set your own treatment approach within your scope of licensure and support in evidence-based standards of care
● Choose your own hours and delivery format (in-person, telehealth, or hybrid, depending on location)
● Maintain timely, high-quality clinical documentation in our EHR
● Collaborate with our clinical and operations team as needed, while retaining full clinical independence

Qualifications
● Independent clinical licensure (LPC, LMFT, LCSW, LCPC, or state equivalent) in good standing
● Master's degree in counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or related field
● No active disciplinary actions on your license
● Professional liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)
● Strong clinical documentation and communication skills
● Comfort working independently while collaborating with a supportive team when needed
