Licensed Therapist - LPC, LMFT, LCSW

Hope & Healing Counseling is looking for Louisiana-licensed LPCs, LCSWs, and LMFTs who want greater independence in their clinical work while still having the support, infrastructure, and referral flow of an established group practice.

This is an independent contractor position compensated through a percentage split. You determine your availability, the size of your caseload, and the types of clients you prefer to work with. We provide the systems and administrative support that allow you to spend more of your time doing what you were trained to do: provide excellent clinical care.

You maintain responsibility for your clinical work while we provide the infrastructure that supports it.

We believe experienced clinicians should have meaningful autonomy over their work.

As an independent contractor, you determine:

• The days and hours you are available
• How many clients you want to see
• Whether you prefer a full or part-time caseload
• The populations you work with
• The presenting concerns you accept
• The clinical approaches you use within your training, competence, and scope of practice
• When you take time away from the practice

You are not expected to accept every referral.

Our goal is to help connect you with clients who are appropriate for your experience, interests, and availability.

Minimum Qualifications

Applicants must:

• Hold an active Louisiana license as an LPC, LCSW, or LMFT
• Hold a master’s or doctoral degree in a counseling, social work, marriage and family therapy, or related mental health field
• Have strong assessment, diagnostic, and treatment skills
• Be able to practice independently within their professional scope
• Maintain complete and timely clinical documentation
• Communicate professionally with clients, colleagues, and outside providers
• Be comfortable using electronic health records and technology
• Remain current with applicable ethical standards, professional requirements, and evidence-based practices

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Your primary responsibility is the clinical care of the clients you choose to accept.

This includes:

• Providing individual, couples, and/or family therapy within your areas of competence
• Conducting clinical assessments
• Developing and updating treatment plans
• Providing clinically appropriate interventions
• Completing progress notes and other required documentation on time
• Coordinating care with physicians, psychiatrists, and other providers when clinically indicated
• Maintaining appropriate continuity of care
• Providing reliable and consistent attendance for scheduled clients

Compensation

This is an independent contractor position compensated through a percentage split of collected revenue.

Your earning potential is influenced by factors such as:

• Number of clients seen
• Services provided
• Insurance reimbursement rates
• Payer mix
• Individual caseload and schedule

Clinicians maintain control over the amount they work and the caseload they choose to carry.

Who This Position Is Not Designed For

We are looking for clinicians who want to actively participate in and grow with Hope & Healing Counseling.

For that reason, this position is not intended for clinicians who are currently operating or actively building a separate private practice.

We are seeking clinicians who want the independence associated with private practice while working within an established group practice.
