We're growing, and we're hiring carefully — a few therapists over the coming year, not a hiring spree.

• Referrals, not cold-starting: Our clients come to us. Strong local search presence, an established referral base, and a centralized intake coordinator who books your consults. You are not expected to fill your own caseload from zero.
• Private pay: No panels, no prior authorizations, no fighting for reimbursement.
• You build your practice: Choose your hours, your caseload size, your specialties, and which office (or all telehealth).
• Real support: Scheduling, billing, EHR, marketing, and website presence are handled. You get a bio page, a Psychology Today profile, and a practice that markets on your behalf.
• Growth: Structured supervision, consultation, and training support — including EMDR, Gottman, ERP, perinatal, and brainspotting paths.

What we're looking for

• Licensed in Wisconsin (LPC, LCSW, LMFT) — or license-eligible / in-training candidates with supervision needs; we supervise
• Clinicians with a niche or a population they love — couples, teens, trauma, OCD, ADHD, perinatal, men's work, neurodivergent adults
• Someone who wants to be part of a practice, not just rent a room in one — we meet, we refer to each other, we do community outreach together
