Pay: $60–$85 per hour

• $60 per clinical therapy hour
• $85 per clinical supervision hour

Rooted Rhythm is a rapidly growing pediatric and family mental health practice committed to bringing exceptional, relationship-based care to children, teens, adults, and families. Since opening in 2019, we've grown from one therapist to a team of more than 50 clinicians and staff and have served over 2,000 families.

We're looking for an experienced, fully licensed Colorado clinician who is passionate about providing exceptional therapy while helping mentor the next generation of therapists through clinical supervision.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys leadership but still wants to remain deeply connected to clinical work.

Full Licensure Required

Applicants must already hold a current, unrestricted independent professional license in Colorado.

Associate, provisional, intern, and pre-licensed clinicians are not eligible for this position.

What You'll Do

• Provide high-quality outpatient therapy to children, teens, adults, and families.
• Provide clinical supervision to pre-licensed clinicians pursuing independent licensure.
• Collaborate with an exceptional multidisciplinary team.
• Help shape the clinical culture and excellence of our growing practice.
• Participate in consultation, training, and continuing education.
• Build meaningful, long-term relationships with clients and colleagues.

Qualifications

Required

• Current unrestricted Colorado independent license as an LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or Licensed Psychologist.
• Eligible and willing to provide clinical supervision in Colorado.
• Experience working with children, adolescents, and/or families.
• Strong clinical judgment and excellent interpersonal skills.
• Passion for mentoring clinicians and building an outstanding team.
• Candidates must have experience working with children ages 2–12, or be willing to be trained in this area.

Preferred

• Previous clinical supervision experience.
• Training in play therapy, EMDR, trauma treatment, family systems, or neurodiversity.
• Interest in leadership and helping build an exceptional clinical culture.
