Licensed Therapist (LPC, LCSW, LMFT, LCDC) - Sherman, TX | Hybrid

Exult Healthcare is hiring a licensed therapist for our Sherman clinic at 600 E Taylor St Suite 4001, Sherman, TX 75090. Hybrid. At least two days a week in Sherman. Five days on site preferred. Remote-only will not work. Independent Texas license only. No associates. Medical director Dr. Deepika Bhargava.

What you get

• $40 per patient for the first 20 clients in a week, $45 after that

What you’ll do

• Individual, family, and group therapy

• Initial evaluations, treatment plans, and timely documentation

• Coordinate with psychiatry and other providers

• Safety planning and case management as needed

What you need

• Master’s in psychology, counseling, social work, or a related field

• Independent Texas license: LPC, LCSW, LMFT, or LCDC (no associate licenses)

• 2+ years clinical experience preferred, not required

• In person in Sherman at least 2 days per week
