Licensed Therapist (LPC/LCSW) - Hybrid

About the Opportunity

Flourish Counseling is growing, and we are seeking a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) to join our team.

This role is ideal for a clinician looking for a balance of autonomy and support within a private practice setting. We provide the structure, referrals, and administrative backing so you can focus on clinical work without the typical burden of managing everything on your own.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy
• Develop and implement treatment plans based on client needs
• Maintain timely and accurate clinical documentation
• Manage a caseload with flexibility and professionalism

Qualifications

• Active Louisiana license as an LPC or LCSW
• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or a related field
• Strong clinical skills and commitment to ethical, client-centered care
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
