We’re looking for a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) who values connection, autonomy, and meaningful work.

At Flourish Counseling, we focus on creating a space where both clients and counselors feel supported, respected, and able to grow.

What You’ll Do

• Provide individual, couples, and/or family therapy
• Maintain a consistent caseload (referrals provided)
• Create and implement treatment plans
• Complete documentation in a timely manner
• Collaborate with a supportive team when needed

What We’re Looking For

• LPC or LCSW licensed in Louisiana
• Master’s degree in counseling, social work, or related field
• Passion for providing high-quality, client-centered care
