What You Bring
- Master’s degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, or related field
- Active license (LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, or equivalent)
- Experience providing therapy in outpatient or similar settings preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Commitment to ethical practice and client confidentiality
- Reliable, organized, and compassionate approach to care
Key Responsibilities
- Provide individual, couples, and/or group psychotherapy
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Collaborate with colleagues to support holistic client care
- Participate in supervision, team meetings, and trainings
