The Opportunity
We are seeking a dedicated New York–licensed therapist (LMSW, LCSW, or LCSWR) to provide individual therapy via telehealth to a diverse population of young adults and professionals. No prior clinical experience is required - we welcome newly licensed clinicians as well as those further along in their careers. This role offers flexibility to set your own schedule.

Your Role
As part of our team, you'll:
- Provide evidence-based individual therapy via telehealth to clients navigating anxiety, depression, self-esteem, life transitions, grief and loss, and relationship challenges.
- Conduct thorough clinical assessments and develop personalized, collaborative treatment plans.
- Draw on CBT-informed and humanistic approaches to help clients build practical tools and lasting self-awareness.
- Maintain timely, high-quality documentation.
- Participate in supervision and case consultation.
- Deliver culturally responsive, ethical, client-centered care.
What We're Looking For
Required
- Active LMSW, LCSW, or LCSWR license in New York State
- Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited program
- Strong clinical assessment and intervention skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
- Ability to work remotely and conduct telehealth therapy sessions reliably
Preferred
- Experience working with young adults and/or professionals
- Familiarity with CBT
- Experience with electronic health records (Simple Practice a plus)
Compensation & Structure
- Compensation: $45-$60 per completed session
- Schedule: Flexible; part-time (minimum 10 sessions per week) and full-time available
- Start date: TBD
