About Inside Out Therapy Center

Inside Out Therapy Center is a growing group private practice located in Coral Gables, FL. We are dedicated to providing compassionate, individualized, and high-quality mental health care in a warm and supportive environment.

As our practice continues to grow, we are seeking a warm, motivated, and independently licensed therapist to join our collaborative team.

We currently have an increasing number of client referrals seeking in-person therapy, particularly during afternoon and evening hours, as well as clients seeking couples and family therapy. This is an excellent opportunity for a clinician who has consistent in-person availability and is looking to grow their caseload within an established and expanding private practice.

Position Details

• 1099 Independent Contractor position
• Referrals provided by the practice
• Regular in-person availability at our Coral Gables office required
• Telehealth sessions may also be incorporated into your schedule
• Flexible scheduling and autonomy over your caseload
• Afternoon and evening availability strongly preferred

Who We're Looking For

The ideal clinician:

• Holds an active, unrestricted Florida license as an LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT
• Has experience and is comfortable providing therapy to couples and families
• Has consistent availability for in-person sessions in Coral Gables
• Has availability during afternoon and/or evening hours
• Is interested in building and maintaining a consistent caseload
• Is warm, compassionate, professional, dependable, and client-centered
• Values authentic client connection and high-quality clinical care
• Is comfortable working independently while also collaborating within a team environment
• Has experience working with adolescents, young adults, and/or adults in addition to couples and families
• Demonstrates strong communication and clinical documentation skills
• Is committed to timely documentation and ethical standards of practice
• Bilingual: English/Spanish is preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide psychotherapy services to individuals, couples, and families
• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and establish appropriate diagnoses and treatment recommendations
• Develop individualized, evidence-based treatment plans based on client needs
• Utilize appropriate evidence-based interventions within areas of clinical competence
• Provide services primarily in person, with the option to incorporate telehealth sessions when appropriate
• Complete progress notes, treatment plans, and other required clinical documentation accurately and in a timely manner
• Maintain accurate client records in accordance with HIPAA, ethical standards, and applicable laws and regulations
• Maintain appropriate professional boundaries and standards of care
• Coordinate with other healthcare professionals and referral sources when clinically appropriate
• Communicate professionally and reliably with clients and practice administration
• Maintain a consistent schedule and caseload

Compensation

$60.00–$72.00 per clinical hour, depending on services provided.

This is a 1099 independent contractor position. Client referrals, administrative support, EHR access, and furnished office space are provided by the practice.

Schedule

Clinicians have flexibility in creating their schedules; however, we are specifically seeking a therapist who can consistently offer afternoon and evening appointments.

Ideal availability includes:

• Weekday afternoons
• Weekday evenings
• Additional daytime and/or weekend availability is welcome
