About the Opportunity
MndLnq, part of LnqGroup, is partnering with an established California behavioral health practice seeking licensed therapists to join its growing clinical team.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide therapy to individuals, couples, and/or families based on clinical experience and areas of specialization
- Maintain a full-time caseload averaging 25 completed client sessions per week
- Complete clinical documentation and treatment planning in accordance with professional and regulatory standards
- Build strong therapeutic relationships while providing ethical, evidence-informed, client-centered care
- Collaborate with colleagues and contribute to a supportive clinical environment
Qualifications
- Active California licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, LPCC, or Licensed Psychologist
- Strong clinical skills in assessment, diagnosis, treatment planning, and evidence-informed psychotherapy
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build therapeutic rapport with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Commitment to ethical practice, client confidentiality, and ongoing professional development
- Comfortable providing telehealth services and working with electronic health records and other digital tools
- Experience in outpatient behavioral health, private practice, community mental health, or a similar clinical setting preferred
- Experience and training in culturally responsive care and working with individuals from varied backgrounds and identities
- Reliable internet connection and a private, professional environment appropriate for confidential telehealth services
