Licensed Therapist (LISW/LMHC/LMFT) — Integrative Practice + KAP Training

Holistic Wellness & Psychiatry is an integrative psychiatry and mental health practice in Cedar Rapids seeking an Iowa-licensed therapist who wants meaningful clinical work, interdisciplinary collaboration, and the opportunity to train in ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP).

Our therapists benefit from strong internal referral flow from our psychiatry practice rather than having to build a caseload entirely through their own marketing. We offer schedules of 20–40 hours per week, with hybrid flexibility after onboarding.

Compensation is production-based, allowing earnings to grow with your caseload and clinical work. We believe in transparency and will walk you through the actual compensation model and realistic earnings during the interview process.

What You'll Do

• Provide individual psychotherapy using a depth-oriented, trauma-informed approach
• Develop sustainable therapeutic relationships rather than working in a high-volume therapy model
• Collaborate directly with our physician, psychiatric providers, nurses, therapists, and administrative team to provide coordinated, whole-person care
• Participate in treatment planning for patients with complex mental health needs
• Have the opportunity to train in ketamine-assisted psychotherapy (KAP) and provide KAP as competency is established
• Potentially develop groups, intensives, and specialty trauma programming based on your interests
• Complete timely clinical documentation in our EHR

Who We're Looking For

• Active Iowa clinical license as an LISW, LMHC, LMFT, or licensed psychologist
• Trauma-informed, relationship-oriented clinical approach
• Strong therapeutic boundaries and clinical judgment
• Interest in collaborating within a multidisciplinary practice
• Commitment to thoughtful, individualized patient care

Experience or training in EMDR, IFS, somatic therapies, attachment-focused work, couples therapy, or other trauma-focused modalities is especially valued.

Prior psychedelic-assisted therapy or KAP experience is not required. We're specifically interested in therapists who want to learn and develop competency in this area.

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
