Ozark Psychotherapy Group is currently seeking one fully licensed therapist or social worker (LPC, LCSW) to join our team in Fayetteville, Arkansas. We are a local, clinician-owned private practice with excellent employee retention and a relaxed office culture. We believe that a positive work environment with satisfied employees contributes to better outcomes for clinicians and clients. We use easy-to-understand EHR systems and have full-time, in-person support staff to handle billing and scheduling. We also have several scheduling options that enable work-life balance for clinicians.
Qualifications
All candidates must have one of the following licenses in Arkansas:
- LPC/LMFT or LCSW
Compensation: Our therapists are W2 employees (not independent contractors, which is a significant tax advantage to the therapist). Clinicians averaging at 20 clients per week can expect to make $90,000 or more. Therapists who see more clients are compensated accordingly.

Who We Are Seeking
- Clinicians who are fully licensed and enjoy working with specific populations, diagnoses, or clinical issues, or clinicians who like a variety of clients on their caseload
- Clinicians who enjoy working with adults and occasionally teens (we do not see young children in our clinic at this time)
- Clinicians who are growth-oriented, honest, clear communicators, professional, committed to doing good work with clients, and who give and receive feedback well
Who We Are
Founded by Dr. Morgan McGowan, Ozark Psychotherapy Group is a small group practice in Fayetteville, Arkansas, which has recently expanded to include a Bentonville clinic as well. Dr. McGowan is a dual-licensed LPC/LMFT specializing in couples and trauma work. She has been in private practice in Fayetteville continuously since 2015 and continues to see clients as the practice expands.
