The Opportunity
We are seeking compassionate, self-motivated Licensed Therapists (LCSW, LPC-A, or equivalent) who excel in autonomous practice, value schedule flexibility, and thrive in a supportive hybrid environment.
- Specialization in Women’s Health is highly desirable.
- Candidates with an established client base are strongly encouraged to apply (additional bonuses available).
Compensation \& Generous Incentives
Competitive Hourly Pay (Per Completed Session)
- LCSW (or equivalent fully licensed): $55.00+ / hour
- LPC-A (Associate level): $32.00+ / hour
Monthly Stipends \& Benefits
We reward consistent clinical care with monthly stipends paid directly to you via direct deposit:
- Health Insurance Stipend:
- $500 / month (averaging 20+ clients/week)
- $325 / month (averaging 15–19 clients/week)
- Continuing Education (CEU) Stipend:
- $400 / month (averaging 20+ clients/week)
- $200 / month (averaging 15–19 clients/week)
- Malpractice / Liability Insurance Reimbursement:
- Up to $1,000 reimbursed after 6 months with Nora Mental Health Mansfield.

- Format: Flexible hybrid model combining remote tele-health and in-office practice.
Major Responsibilities
- Clinical Care: Conduct initial intake assessments, provide diagnostic evaluations, and deliver high-quality, evidence-based therapeutic interventions to individuals, families, or couples via tele-health and in-office visits.
- Treatment Planning: Collaborate with clients to establish meaningful treatment goals and submit timely treatment plans through our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate, timely clinical documentation in compliance with state standards and practice guidelines, including:
- Diagnostic Assessments
- Progress Notes \& Treatment Plans
- Insurance Authorizations \& Discharge Summaries
- Client Engagement: Actively evaluate client progress, adjusting treatment strategies as needed to promote long-term cognitive, emotional, and behavioral wellness.
- Professional Standards: Maintain active state licensure, adhere to ethical codes of conduct, and participate in ongoing continuing education.
Qualifications \& Skills
- Licensure: Active license in the state of Texas (LCSW, LPC-A or equivalent).
- Technical Skills: Comfortable utilizing secure HIPAA-compliant video platforms, EMR software, and general office technology (Microsoft Office, email, basic internet navigation).
- Cultural Competence: Sensitivity and familiarity with working with diverse populations, cultures, and socioeconomic backgrounds.
- Preferred Experience:
- Specialization or strong clinical interest in Women’s Health.
- Insurance credentialing (CAQH profile) is a plus, but not required (we assist with credentialing).
- An existing client caseload is preferred (qualifies for additional onboarding/transfer bonuses).
