Licensed Therapist (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT) / Licensed Clinical Psychologist

Job Summary

Join a growing neuropsychology-driven brain wellness practice with established referral relationships and immediate opportunity to build a psychotherapy caseload working with adults and older adults. This position offers flexible scheduling with the potential to transition into a full-time role as demand grows.

Duties

• Provide evidence-based psychotherapy including individuals navigating anxiety, depression, adjustment to medical concerns, caregiver stress, grief, and life transitions
• Complete timely clinical documentation consistent with ethical, legal, and professional standards
• Participate in development of brain wellness, caregiver, and dementia prevention initiatives as the practice expands
• Develop detailed treatment plans aligned with clinical guidelines; monitor progress through data collection and outcome measures.

Requirements

• Valid licensure as an LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker), LMHC (Licensed Mental Health Counselor), LMFT (Licensed Marriage & Family Therapist), or Licensed Clinical Psychologist with active state credentials.
• Proven experience in psychotherapy modalities such as cognitive behavioral therapy, working with adults and older adults.
• Demonstrated ability to work with adults and older adults experiencing adjustment related to cognitive changes, complex or chronic medical conditions, grief, life transitions, and caregiver stress.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a passion in compassionate care.
• Commitment to ethical practice under HIPAA regulations and clinical ethical guidelines; proficiency in EMR/EHR systems for documentation and data collection.
• CBT-I training preferred
