Licensed Therapist (LCSW)

MUST BE CREDENTIALED THROUGH NCTRACKS

Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine clients' needs and develop treatment plans
• Provide individual and group therapy sessions to clients with behavioral health concerns
• Implement evidence-based interventions, such as cognitive behavioral therapy, to address clients' mental health issues
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and community resources to ensure comprehensive care for clients
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation of client progress
• Collect and analyze data to evaluate the effectiveness of treatment interventions
• Provide crisis intervention services as needed
• Adhere to ethical standards and guidelines, including HIPAA regulations, in all aspects of client care

Skills:

• Proficiency in ICD-10 coding for accurate diagnosis and billing purposes
• Knowledge of systems theory and its application in understanding clients' social and environmental contexts
• Experience in working with individuals with developmental disabilities and their families
• Familiarity with applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
• Strong organizational skills for managing medical records and documentation
• Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams
• Knowledge of cognitive behavioral therapy techniques for addressing a wide range of mental health conditions

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $67,124.95 - $80,838.65 per year
